Shipping Policy
We’re proud to offer free tracked shipping on every order within the United States.
Order processing
Orders are processed and dispatched within 24–48 hours (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking as soon as your order ships.
Delivery times (United States)
- Standard (free): 5–9 business days
- Express: 3–5 business days (available at checkout)
Delivery windows begin once your order is dispatched, not at the time of purchase. During sales and peak periods, please allow a little extra time.
Tracking
Every order ships with full tracking. If your tracking hasn’t updated within 3 business days of dispatch, contact us and we’ll look into it right away.
Address accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We can’t be responsible for orders delayed or lost due to an incorrect or incomplete address. If a parcel is returned to us, we’ll reship it once any re-delivery costs are covered.
