We want you to love your dress. If something isn’t right, we offer a 30-day money-back guarantee.
Return window
You have 30 days from the delivery date to request a return.
Condition
Items must be returned unworn, unwashed and unaltered, with all original tags attached — free of marks, stains, makeup, deodorant or perfume. Returns that don’t meet these conditions may be declined.
How to start a return
- Email hello@suecurve.com with your order number and the item(s) you’d like to return.
- We’ll reply within 24 hours with return instructions.
- Pack the item securely with its tags and send it back.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll email you a confirmation and issue your refund to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Original shipping is non-refundable.
Exchanges
The fastest way to get a different size or color is to return your item for a refund and place a new order.
Faulty or incorrect items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or not as ordered, contact us within 7 days and we’ll make it right with a free replacement or full refund — including any return shipping.
Final sale
Items marked “Final Sale” cannot be returned or exchanged unless faulty.
