Delivery & downloads
Maple & Marker sells digital files only. Nothing is printed, packed or posted, so there is no shipping cost, no carrier and no tracking number — and no waiting. This page replaces the shipping policy you would normally find here.
How instant download works
When your payment is approved, your order is complete. Two things happen straight away: a download link appears on the order confirmation screen in your browser, and a second copy is emailed to the address you entered at checkout. You can use either one. The files are hosted for you to download; nothing is shipped, and there is no physical item on its way.
Most kits arrive as a single ZIP folder holding the print-ready PDF and the editable PowerPoint (.pptx). On a laptop or desktop, double-clicking the ZIP unpacks it. On a phone or tablet you may need to tap and choose an unzip option first, which is one reason we suggest downloading on a computer if you intend to edit the PowerPoint.
What the confirmation email contains
- Your order number and the date of purchase.
- The name of each product you bought and what you paid.
- A download link for each file or folder in the order.
- The support address, support@suecurve.com, if anything is wrong.
Keep that email. It is the simplest route back to your files.
Downloading again later
The link in your confirmation email stays valid so you can come back to it next term. If a link has expired, been used more times than the download limit allows, or has vanished with the email, write to support@suecurve.com from the address you bought with, or quote your order number, and we will issue a fresh link. There is no charge for this and no limit on how often you may ask.
When we update a file you already own, the update is delivered through the same link — open it again and you get the current version.
If the email never arrives
Give it a few minutes first; automated receipts are usually instant but occasionally queue. Then work through these, in this order:
- Check spam, junk and Promotions. This is where the great majority of missing receipts are found, particularly on Gmail.
- Check the address you typed. A single wrong character at checkout sends the email nowhere. Your order confirmation screen shows the address it was sent to.
- Check your school inbox rules. District mail filters routinely hold messages that contain download links. A personal address is the safer one to buy with.
- Search your mail for “Maple & Marker” or the order number rather than scrolling — filters sometimes file it rather than bin it.
If none of that turns it up, email support@suecurve.com. Tell us the name on the order and the address you used, or send it from that address, and we will send the files to an address that works. You do not need to buy again, and you should not: if you have paid, the files are yours.
